Haybagi Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

Welcome to Haybagi. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and us governing your use of the Haybagi platform. By accessing haybagi.org or our mobile app, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

The following definitions apply to key terms used in this document:

• "Haybagi" or "We" — The company operating haybagi.org and its associated entities.
• "User" or "You" — Any member registered on Haybagi.
• "Platform" — The Haybagi website, mobile app, and all related services.
• "Account" — Every user's personal Haybagi profile.
• "Balance" — Funds held in your Haybagi wallet.

The following conditions must be met to open and use an account on Haybagi:

• You must be at least 18 years must be.
• You must be a legally competent adult, capable of making legal decisions on your own behalf.
• Online gaming must be legal in your country of residence.
• You must register with accurate information — providing false details will result in account termination.

Creating an account on Haybagi is completely free. However, the following rules apply during registration:

• Each individual is only One account only. Attempting to open multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• Your name, email address, phone number, and other details must be accurate and kept up to date.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. Do not share your password with anyone.
• Sharing or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• KYC (identity verification) must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Haybagi may request additional verification at any time.

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to keep your account secure.

Deposits on Haybagi can be made through a variety of methods. The following rules apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is determined by the relevant payment method.
• The mobile banking or bank account used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• Deposits made from another person's account may be rejected and your account may be temporarily suspended.
• Haybagi does not charge any deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• After a successful deposit, the balance is typically credited to your account instantly.

Haybagi follows a clear policy for withdrawing winnings:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• KYC verification is mandatory for withdrawals.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 300.
• Mobile banking transactions are typically processed within 3–30 minutes, while bank transfers are completed within 1–24 hours.
• To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the applicable Wagering Requirement must be met.
• Withdrawals may be suspended or cancelled if fraudulent activity is suspected.

Haybagi offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Please note the following rules when using these bonuses:

• Each bonus carries its own Wagering Requirement — typically 30–40x the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• Each bonus has a set expiry period — any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• A user may not claim the same bonus more than once.
• A maximum bet limit may apply while using a bonus.
• Haybagi reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the relevant bonus may be forfeited.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on Haybagi:

• Bets or game transactions once confirmed cannot be changed.
• If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a technical issue, Haybagi's decision is final.
• Odds in Sports Betting may change — the odds at the time of placing your bet are the ones that apply.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• Haybagi reserves the right to void the results of any game affected by a technical error.
• Exploiting delayed data in live betting is strictly prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Haybagi platform:

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Any attempt to infiltrate Haybagi's systems through hacking, phishing, or any other technical means.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Stealing or misusing another user's account credentials.
• Any attempt to modify the platform's code or software.
• Placing bets with prior knowledge of an event's outcome or participating in match-fixing.

• Your personal information is used solely for the purpose of providing our services.
• Your information is never sold to third parties.
• Information may be disclosed to relevant authorities if required by legal obligation.

Users may request account closure at any time. In such cases, the opportunity to withdraw any available balance will be provided.
